Down Your Drink
Down Your Drink is a website dedicated to helping users reduce their alcohol intake. It includes education around the effects of alcohol misuse on all aspects of life. it also helps users create and implement a realistic action plan to reduce their alcohol intake.
Drink aware is a UK charity dedicated to reducing alcohol misuse and harm by providing people with information about alcohol so that they can make informed choices. The webpage is interactive and educational allowing you to learn the facts about alcohol and its effects.

Change 4 Life
Change 4 Life is an NHS service set up to help people make healthy choices. The Choose Less Booze section includes a drinks calculator and suggestions for cutting down and swapping alcohol for healthier options. It also includes a free app that users can download to help them keep track of their drinking whilst on the go.
