    These video resources will give you information about certain Health and Well-Being concerns and hopefully give you a better understanding of what is happening when you are experiencing such things. Many of the resources will give you strategies and techniques that you can use to better your health and well-being. 

    Note: Self-help is not suitable for those who are feeling desperate or have frequent suicidal feelings. Please see your GP as soon as possible.

    Here are a number of online sites with useful resources available at your fingertips. Try them, explore them and see which suit your needs.

    NHS MoodZone - "Whatever you need to know about boosting your mood, coping with stress, anxiety or depression or simply improving your overall emotional wellbeing, the NHS Choices Moodzone is here to help. It offers practical, useful information and interactive tools.

    NHS Self-Help"These self-help booklets have been written by clinical psychologists with contributions from service users and healthcare staff from Northumberland. Please feel free to download them for your own use. We hope they will be helpful to you but if your problem does not improve please make sure to seek further help. The audio guides have been developed in conjunction with Middlesbrough Hearts and Minds."ideos to support you on your way to feeling better.
