Feedback & complaints
The Library welcomes feedback, and you are encouraged to complete comment cards with your thoughts. There is the option to provide an email address if you would like a response from the Library. Users can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and your feedback will be passed on to the appropriate member of staff.
Whiteboards are available in the library stairwells for making public comment and asking questions, and Library staff will respond via the whiteboards.
We also attend the Student Experience Council, and are happy to respond to issues and feedback raised at Council meetings.
If you would like to make a written complaint, please address this to the Head of Library. Users can also follow the University College complaints procedure as detailed in the Student Regulations Framework.
